Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 may have shipping rates calculated at checkout via USPS. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days for standard shipping.

International Shipping

Canada Standard shipping to Canada is $20.00 flat rate. Carrier-calculated rates via DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, and UPS are also available at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

Rest of World International orders ship via DHL eCommerce or DHL Express with carrier-calculated rates at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 10–21 business days depending on destination.

Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Restrictions We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Some items may be restricted from international shipping due to carrier or customs regulations.
